(Project Engineer)\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u500b\u4e3b\u8981\u61c9\u7528\uff0c\u662f\u89c0\u6e2c\u98b6\u98a8 (Hurricanes)[\u6211\u5011\u7a31\u4e4b\u70ba\u98b1\u98a8 (Typhoons)]\uff0c\u7528\u4ee5\u4f5c\u70ba\u5168\u7403\u6c23\u8c61\u5c40\u98b6\u98a8\u9810\u5831\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u8f38\u5165\u8cc7\u6599\u3002\u5728\u4efb\u5167\uff0c\u5168\u4e16\u754c\u5404\u570b\u7684\u77e5\u540d\u6c23\u8c61\u5b78\u5bb6\uff0c\u5e38\u7528\u6211\u5011\u7684\u885b\u661f\u8cc7\u6599\uff0c\u5831\u544a\u61c9\u7528\u6210\u679c\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5c0d\u98b1\u98a8\u9810\u5831\u7a0d\u6709\u6240\u77e5\u3002<\/strong><br &#8220;\u65b0\u5317\u5e02\u9577\u6731\u7acb\u502b\u6279\u8a55\u6279\u6c23\u53f0\u7063\u8c61\u5c40\u9810\u98b1\u98a8\u9810\u5831\u5dee&#8221;\u3002\u696d\u8005\u63d0\u51fa\u8aaa\u660e\uff0c\u8868\u793a\u5317\u908a\u592a\u5e73\u6d0b\u9ad8\u58d3\u6c92\u6709\u5982\u9810\u671f\u6e1b\u5f31\uff0c\u5c0e\u81f4\u98b1\u98a8\u8def\u5f91\u5357\u79fb\u3002\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u901f\u5ea6\u6e1b\u6162\u5247\u662f\u56e0\u70ba\u98b1\u98a8\u63a5\u89f8\u9678\u5730\u53d7\u5230\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u4e2d\u592e\u5c71\u8108\u7834\u58de\u7d50\u69cb\uff0c\u4e5f\u56e0\u6b64\u5f71\u97ff\u5404\u570b\u5c0d\u98b1\u98a8\u7684\u9810\u6e2c\u3002\u540c\u6642\u696d\u8005\u5c37\u5c2c\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u6c23\u8c61\u5c40\u6700\u8fd1\u4eba\u529b\u6c70\u63db\u5feb\uff0c\u6c23\u8c61\u9810\u5831\u9664\u4e86\u96fb\u8166\u8cc7\u6599\uff0c\u9084\u662f\u9700\u8981\u4e00\u4e9b\u6709\u7d93\u9a57\u8005\u7684\u89e3\u8b80\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u90fd\u662f\u5be6\u8a71\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u552f\u4e00\u611f\u5606\uff0c\u662f\u6c23\u8c61\u5c40\u7684\u98b1\u98a8\u9810\u5831\u8aaa\u6cd5\u614b\u5ea6\uff0c\u592a\u904e\u81ea\u4fe1\uff0c\u8aa4\u5c0e\u5927\u773e\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u6c23\u8c61\u5c40\u6709\u5f88\u591a\u9808\u8981\u6539\u9032\u7684\u5730\u65b9\uff0c\u537b\u4e5f\u6c92\u770b\u5230\u5831\u5c0e\uff0c\u6c23\u8c61\u5c40\u5c07\u4f86\u5982\u4f55\u6539\u9032\u9810\u5831\u7cbe\u6e96\u5ea6\u7684\u65b9\u91dd\u3002\u77e5\u800c\u4e0d\u884c\uff0c\u90fd\u662f\u5ee2\u8a71\u3002<\/strong><strong>\u8b6c\u5982\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u7684\u6d77\u98a8\u89c0\u6e2c\u8cc7\u6599\uff0c\u5927\u90fd\u662f\u514d\u8cbb\u4f9b\u61c9\u4e16\u754c\u5404\u570b\u7684\u6c23\u8c61\u5c40\u3002\u4f46\u64da\u6211\u6240\u77e5\uff0c\u53f0\u7063\u6c23\u8c61\u5c40\u5c31\u4e00\u76f4\u6c92\u7528\u6b64\u8cc7\u6599\u3002<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span \/>\n<strong>2.1\u6c23\u8c61\u9810\u5831\u662f\u5148\u5229\u7528\u79d1\u5b78\u5100\u5668\u89c0\u6e2c\u5927\u6c23\u3001\u6d77\u98a8\u3001\u9678\u5730\u96f7\u9054\u7684\u5404\u7a2e\u8cc7\u6599\uff0c\u5c07\u5b83\u5011\u8f38\u5165\u96fb\u8166\u9032\u884c\u8907\u96dc\u904b\u7b97\uff0c\u518d\u7531\u5c08\u696d\u4eba\u54e1\u6839\u64da\u96fb\u8166\u904b\u7b97\u7684\u7d50\u679c\u9032\u884c\u4fee\u6b63\u3002\u6c23\u8c61\u9810\u5831\u6703\u6839\u64da\u6700\u65b0\u7684\u89c0\u6e2c\u8cc7\u6599\u4e0d\u65b7\u4fee\u6b63\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u4e00\u5b9a\u662f\u8d8a\u65b0\u7684\u9810\u5831\u8d8a\u6e96\u78ba\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2.2\u5929\u6c23\u9810\u5831\u6240\u7528\u7684 &#8220;\u975e\u7dda\u6027\u65b9\u7a0b\u5f0f&#8221;\uff0c\u53ea\u662f\u4f9b\u7d66\u4e3b\u8981\u5929\u6c23\u9810\u5831\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u53c3\u6578\uff0c\u7d30\u7bc0\u7121\u6cd5\u770b\u51fa\u3002\u6c23\u8c61\u5c08\u5bb6\u8981\u4f9d\u885b\u661f\u53ca\u5730\u9762\u8cc7\u6599\uff0c\u52a0\u4ee5\u88dc\u5145\u3001\u8a6e\u91cb<\/strong><strong>\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2.3 \u52de\u502b\u65af\u7684\u8774\u8776\u6548\u61c9\uff0c\u660e\u986f\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u5929\u6c23\u9810\u6e2c\u8ddf\u8f38\u5165\u7684\u521d\u503c (input initial values) &#8220;\u5931\u4e4b\u6beb\u8821\uff0c\u5dee\u4e4b\u5343\u91cc&#8221;\u3002\u96e2\u8f38\u5165\u521d\u503c\u8cc7\u6599\u6642\u9593\u8d8a\u4e45\uff0c\u9810\u6e2c\u7684\u7cbe\u6e96\u5ea6\u8d8a\u5dee\u3002\u8cc7\u6599\u66f4\u65b0\u6709\u5169\u500b\u4e3b\u8981\u9650\u5236\u56e0\u7d20: (1) \u65b0\u8cc7\u6599\u7684\u4f9b\u61c9\u901f\u5ea6\uff0c (2) \u96fb\u8166\u7684\u8a08\u7b97\u901f\u5ea6\u3002\u65e9\u671f\uff0c\u96fb\u8166\u8a08\u7b97\u901f\u5ea6\u662f\u4e3b\u8981\u56e0\u7d20\u3002\u4eca\u65e5\u5247\u662f\u65b0\u8cc7\u6599\u7684\u4f9b\u61c9\u901f\u5ea6\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2.4 \u5929\u6c23\u9810\u5831\uff0c\u6240\u7528\u8cc7\u6599\u7a2e\u985e\u8d8a\u591a\uff0c\u8d8a\u6e96\u78ba\uff0c\u4f46\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u96fb\u8166\u7a0b\u5f0f\u4e5f\u8d8a\u8907\u96dc\u3002\u885b\u661f\u8cc7\u6599\uff0c\u6709NOAA\u7684\u7d2b\u5916\u7dda (AVHRR) \u96f2\u5c64\u7167\u7247\uff0c\u53caNASA \u7684\u6d77\u98a8 (SeaWinds)\u8cc7\u6599\u3002\u5728\u9678\u5730\u4e3b\u8981\u662f\u5404\u5730\u5340\u7684\u96f7\u9054\u89c0\u6e2c\u8cc7\u6599\u3002\u53e6\u4e00\u7a2e\u662f\u7576\u98b1\u98a8\u63a5\u8fd1\u6642\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u6d3e\u51fa\u6c23\u8c61\u98db\u6a5f\u7a7f\u8d8a\u98b1\u98a8\uff0c\u6e2c\u91cf\u6cbf\u9014\u5404\u7a2e\u5927\u6c23\u6578\u64da\uff0c\u4f5c\u70ba\u6821\u6e96\u885b\u661f\u8cc7\u6599\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u5de5\u5177\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span \/>\n<strong>\u4fe1\u5805\u5230JPL\uff0c\u4efb\u8077\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u4efb\u52d9\u662f\u63a5\u638c NASA\u6d77\u98a8\u8a08\u756b (SeaWinds Project) \u7684\u4e3b\u4efb\u5de5\u7a0b\u5e2b\u3002\u4e3b\u7ba1\u885b\u661f\u5100\u5668\u7684\u6574\u9ad4\u8a2d\u8a08\u3001\u5100\u5668\u7684\u6574\u88dd\u6e2c\u8a66\u3001\u8cc7\u6599\u56de\u6536\u3001\u53ca\u8cc7\u6599\u8655\u7406\u3002\u4efb\u5167\u767c\u5c04\u4e86\u4e09\u9846\u6d77\u98a8\u89c0\u6e2c\u7684\u5fae\u6ce2\u6563\u5c04 (&lt; \u4e00\u5e74)\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u662f\u65e5\u672c\u7684\u592a\u7a7a\u8239 (spacecraft) \u51fa\u554f\u984c\u3002\u53e6\u4e00\u9846 (QuickScat) \u662f\u7528Titan II \u706b\u7bad\u767c\u5c04\uff0c\u7f8e\u570b\u88fd\u7684\u592a\u7a7a\u8239\uff0c\u904b\u884c\u4e86\u5341\u5e74 (1999 &#8211; 2009)\uff0c\u624d\u529f\u6210\u540d\u9042\u8eab\u9000\u3002<\/strong><br
