1. Long Live Friendship! 友誼萬歲 ! 友誼天長地久!
Yes, we all need the support of a friend when we are down and our souls are weary.
是的! 當我們心灰意懶,當我們的靈魂感到厭倦時,我們需要朋友的支持與鼓舞。

This reminds me of a famous song, You Raise Me Up. Its lyrics read as follows: 這讓我想起了一首名歌,”你鼓舞了我“。它的歌詞如下:

When I am down, and, oh, my soul, so weary
When troubles come, and my heart burdened be
Then, I am still and wait here in the silence
Until you come and sit awhile with me
當我心灰意懶,哦,我的靈魂,感到多麼的厭倦;
當困難來臨時,我的心背負著沉重的負擔。

2. Buddha was asked, “What have you gain from meditation?” He replied, “Nothing!” However, Buddha said, let me tell you what I lost: Anger, Anxiety, Depression, Insecurity, Fear of Old Age and Death.”
有人問佛:“你從禪定得到什麼?” 佛回答說:“無所得!”  然後,佛陀又說: “但讓我告訴你,我失去了什麼:憤怒,焦慮,抑鬱,不安,及對老、死的恐懼。”

3. When you try to control everything, you enjoy nothing. Relax, breathe, let go, and just live. 如果你試圖控制一切,你享受不到任何事。放鬆,深呼吸,放下,以平常心過日子。
